This is one cool seat! It safely converts just about any dining or desk chair into a functioning high chair. It folds down into a small carry pouch that will easily slip into your purse or diaper bag. No more carting around a bulky pod or high chair seat! And it is fully machine washable! You won't know what you did without it. Simple to assemble... even with one hand (parents of young children can do just about anything with one hand!) Simply slip the top pouch over the top of the chair and pull the adjustable cord to tighten. Then, if necessary, adjust the length by buttoning the self buttons to shorten the harness piece. Carefully sit the baby on the totseat with their back against the chair back and fit the harness over their legs. Slide the straps through the back loops, clasp and tighten like you would a seat belt. The child should now be secure and comfortable in the soft broad cloth sling. Undo the clasp to easily free baby. The chair in front of the baby makes the perfect platform for food or play. Did baby eat ice cream all by themselves?! No worries... just toss entire seat into the washer and dryer and you are good to go. Seat is entirely washable. This is a new item, never used.
